Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our website/store, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
Return policy
Eligible for Return
You may request a return or exchange if the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered.
- The jewellery is returned in its original packaging with invoice, certificates, tags, and authenticity cards intact.
- The return request is initiated within 24 hrs only of delivery.
- The product has not been resized, altered, engraved, personalized, or repaired by any third party.
- All security tags, tamper-proof seals, and serial numbers (if applicable) are intact.
- The product does not show signs of wear, scratches, damage, perfume stains, or misuse.
- Money will be returned within 15 working days from the refund procedure completion date.
- Return request made post 24 hours of the delivery, can be returned in the melting i.e. is 22 carat.
NOT Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Any kind of Gold coin products purchase from the website.
- Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery.
- Nose pins, earrings, and body jewellery (for hygiene reasons).
- Products purchased during clearance sales, festive offers, or special promotions unless damaged or defective.
- Jewellery damaged due to improper handling, exposure to chemicals, water, perfume, or physical impact.
- Products without original invoice, packaging, original tags, certificates, or tamper-proof seals.
- Return requests raised after the applicable return period.
NOTE: Returns will not be accepted without the original invoice and complete product packaging.
Order Cancellation policy
Once the order is placed through the website it can be cancelled within 4-6 hours from the date and time of placing the order online.
